With over 15 years of construction experience as an accomplished Superintendent with excellent knowledge of managing the day-to-day activities on site. Fred has worked on a wide variety of projects, and his experience includes developing implementation plans to ensure project success including achieving financial targets, accomplishing project milestones, fostering teamwork and building alliances with various project stakeholders including subcontractors and governments bodies.

Fred is a focused individual, which allows him to achieve his goals, especially evident in time challenged and/or complex projects. He feels it is fundamentally important to understand projects at a holistic level and takes the time to learn each building system, facilitating strong and knowledgeable leadership on site. His enthusiasm, strong work ethic, leadership and approach to teamwork consistently nurture positive morale on-site, resulting in a safe and productive environment and the meeting of each critical milestone. Fred’s excellent rapport with clients, consultants, local trades and contractors alike makes him an ideal Site Superintendent for large and/or complicated projects.

Additionally, Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and worked in the investment industry upon graduating. He understands the importance of your investment and the need to make every dollar count.
